Summer is over and it's time to learn something new, so we got out the calendar
and marked in some dates for a new set of cookery classes.
Why not come up to Tollos for a day out and join us?
You'll be able to try some of the dishes David demonstrates,
learn some new recipes and enjoy an excellent lunch.

We start at 11.00 with homemade cake and coffee,
followed by the demonstration, which lasts about 2 hours,
and then stop for lunch about 1.30.
Recipe sheets are provided.

Valencian Home Cooking

Valencia has a long tradition of good simple dishes in which fresh vegetables from the "huerta" and fishfrom the Mediterranean are the key ingredients. There's more to Valencian cooking than paella, and now's your chance to learn to make some of e many dishes from the region the way the locals make them.

At L'Antiga Escola we pride ourselves on our excellent sweets, adapting desserts to use the best of what's in season but still offering the all-time favourits. Come and learn the secrets of perfect pastry, decadent delights and successful sorbets.

DESIGN YOUR OWN COOKERY CLASS

All you have to do is:

1) Get together a group of likeminded people - minimum 12 - who'd like to share a day out in Tollos learning some new cooking techniques and recipes
  
   

2) Decide the basic theme you'd all like for the class.
You'll find some suggestions here,
but the possibilities are
almost limitless.

3) Find one or twopossible dates that suits you all, on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday.

4) Phone or email us to check dates and finalise all the details

We'll do the rest!
