The roadworks between Parcent and Castells have now been finished and the road is open at last. It is the most direct route from the Javea area; Javea to Tollos takes about an hour.

If you're coming from Denia or further north, the best way is to come via Pego and the villages of the Vall de Gallinera and round via Margarida and Beniaia. It's a very pretty route, and the road is in good condition.

If you're coming from around Benidorm, come via Guardalest and along the CV 70 to Benasau. Turn right about 3 km after Benasau to Gorga, and then along the CV 720 through Balones and Benimassot. Turn left 2 km after Benimassot to Tollos on the CV 713.

We used to have signs on the CV 720, but the Roads department of the the Diputación saw fit to remove them. However, there are signs to the restaurant just as you reach the actual village of Tollos. If in any doubt, please phone us and check.
